Skills Competitions.
We are very proud of our success at Wales, UK and World skills competitions. In recent years, our students have won medals in a wide range of sectors, which has placed them in pole position for the jobs market.
Skills Competition Wales consists of a series of local skills competitions, aligned to WorldSkills competitions and the needs of the Welsh economy. Funded by the Welsh Government and run by a dedicated network of colleges, work-based learning providers and employer-led organisations, the competitions aim to raise the profile of skills in Wales.
Skills competitions offer students, trainees and apprentices a chance to raise their profile by competing across a range of sectors. Competitions are free to enter and typically run between January and March each year.
