This is a level four qualification: Diploma in the Principles of Leadership and Management.
This course is designed to develop aspiring middle managers and first line managers.
You will build core skills in middle management and then be helped to deepen your understanding of how to be effective leaders in your organisations.
The programme focuses on you sourcing and using information to make effective decisions, find solutions to problems, manage innovation and change in your organisation and also learn about what it takes to lead and motivate a team.
The programme provides individuals with skills in problem solving, critical thinking, leadership and key employability skills.

All units are assignment based.
All learners are required to pay an administration fee of £45 prior to enrolment.
You will need to provide your own stationery and may also incur costs if the department arranges educational visits.
