Here you will gain a realistic view of the demands of working in the restaurant industry in a stimulating and supportive environment.
You will be taught more advanced culinary art and food and beverage service skills by experienced staff through lively demonstrations and practical kitchen skills sessions. - The principles of food safety supervision for catering
- Principles of promoting food and beverage services and products
- Legislation in food and beverage service.
