Improving standards in Teaching and Learning has always been a priority for Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion. It is well known that teachers have the biggest impact on learners and in this regard, the College has encouraged workforce development of teaching practitioners to improve the learner experience. Through tailored staff development sessions or participating in award winning whole-college projects, the College has challenged professionals to reflect on their practice and make improvements in their work through fostering creativity and inspiring innovation.

Technology moves quickly and the College has endeavoured to meet the needs of learners by utilising bespoke software or a range of online learning platforms that engage learners and provide them with digital skills for current and future jobs.
