Everything may seem a little confusing at the moment, it can be daunting finding your way around and it’s not easy to know what resources and support are available.

Coleg Sir Gâr has libraries without walls!! Lots of resources and information is available online and we are only a telephone call or an email away. BUT . . . why not come and meet us in person, the library is a great place to study and staff are keen to help.

You will be offered a library induction session at the beginning of your course. This will cover all the basics and you can ask questions too! But, if you’ve missed that, you are a late starter – or even if you would like to go through things again - you can have a drop-in or pre-booked one-to-one session - just get in touch with your campus library.

Need a library card? . . You may already have it! Your Coleg Sir Gâr ID card is also your Library card. There’s no separate registration, so once you have been issued with your card you can start to borrow. Remember that you will need your card every time you visit the Library and please don't allow anyone else to use it.
