These exciting courses, run at the Graig Campus, provide students with an insight into the work of the emergency, military and voluntary services. Not only does the course allow learners to develop their knowledge and understanding of the public sector, it allows them to develop practical and transferable skills that are valued in both the workplace and higher education. These skills include: teamworking; working from a prescribed brief; working to deadlines; presenting information effectively; being organised and developing resilience.
