Strategic Plan 2019

Coleg Sir Gâr and Coleg Ceredigion is a multi-campus college in South West and Mid Wales, with seven campuses that stretch from Llanelli to Aberystwyth. The College has a comprehensive range of academic and vocational education and training programmes, from entry to graduate level. It offers further education, work based learning, higher education, adult and community learning and an extensive commercial portfolio. It also serves large numbers of 14-19 school pupils. The College is part of the UWTSD Group, a multi-institutional collaborative venture that offers an integrated, dual sector approach to education for the benefit of learners, employers and communities. ABOUT US Inspi r ing learners Ful f i l l ing potent ial Achieving excel lence Strategic Plan 2019 - 2024 | 3 PURPOSE We are delighted to present our first combined strategic plan, following the formal integration of Coleg Ceredigion into Coleg Sir Gâr in 2017. This has been developed with the involvement of learners, staff, managers and our Board of Directors and we have placed the seven goals and the five ways of working of the Well-Being of Future Generations (Wales) Act at its core. We look forward to delivering this ambitious plan for the benefit of learners in the region over the next five years, as we will continue to work diligently with all our stakeholders to realise our strategic priorities.
